Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years working experience with PR & media and hospital industry experience.
- Responsible for leading the development and implementation of a company’s marketing, social media, branding, and communication activities. Involves in content creation of all marketing materials and organizing all marketing events to expose company products and offerings to its target audience.

Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or Public Relations.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare industry & pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.
- Responsible to establish new business opportunities and executing marketing plans for PCMC while managing the existing business relationships to ensure continuing volume growth. The targeted market segments are General Practitioners (GP) and secondary care hospital specialists (but not limited to).
- Establishes marketing goals and targets to ensure long term profitability as well as expansion of hospital facilities and services to its customers.

Qualification & Experience:

Executive, Patient Financial & Admin
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
- Preferably 5 years of working experience in a hospital, health related organisation or administrative environment.
- Minimum 2 years of Insurance Operation experience in medical bills processing.
- Necessary to have at least 3 years of experience in supervisory role.
- Previous experience in bed management preferred
- To support the process to review, validate and obtain estimation costs of procedures through collaboration with Strategic Finance and also with the consultants and nursing.
- To continuously review, audit, monitor and recommend for additions & revisions on published Average Cost of Procedure list to Finance for their actions.
- To strengthen the financial performance by mitigating financial risks proactively and reducing probability of bad debts whilst ensuring that the pricing of PCMC’s procedures are up-to-date so that both patients and doctors are provided with adequate information on fees and charges in order to make informed decisions.
- To contribute positively towards a more efficient admission & discharge processes whilst elevating patient experience overall.
Chargeman
Qualification & Experience:
- Candidate must possess Suruhanjaya Tenaga / Energy Commission A4 Chargeman certificate of competency for below 11kv.
- Minimum hands-on experience of Chargeman.
- Must have facilities operation and maintenance exposure with a 24/7 operations preferably in a tertiary healthcare facility.
- Ability to lead, guide and monitor a team of subordinates or contractors.
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, entry level applicants under BO 11 KV are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able & willing to work on shift and Public Holiday.
- Responsible for PCMC electrical system, planned, operate, safety precautions and carry out work such as preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and repair maintenance for high voltage transformer, high voltage switch gear, switch room, power generator and building.
Technician
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Certificate in any technical trade is advantageous.
- Minimum SPM / 3 years working in FEMs environment if no any trade or equivalent certification.
- Must have facilities operation and maintenance exposure in a fast paced and rapidly changing operating environment preferably in a tertiary healthcare facility.
- Perform routine maintenance and specialised operations related task in order to provide efficient supporting role to other departments.
- Ensure minimal disruption to other departments’ operation in a state of high reliability in repair and maintenance of sites
Kitchen Aide
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum SPM.
- Speak and understand English and Bahasa Melayu.
