QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• CFA, Passed Level 2
• Minimum a degree/professional qualification in accounting, finance or business.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of working experience including 4 to 6 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Previous working experience in investment bank doing in research analyst.
• Outstanding SPM result
• Microsoft word, excel literate, Microsoft access programming is an added advantage.
• In depth knowledge of the industry dynamics and technical know-how, analytical, business process driven, problem solving skills and result oriented.
• Practical, energetic, persistent; able to guide and motivate, engage and captivate subordinates.

JOB TASK:

• Assist, coordinate and manage the hospital’s annual budget exercise and taking into account the corresponding business plans and translating them into deliberated, analyzed, realistic and substantiated financial plan, projections and presentations.
• Prepare financial management reports and statements to the relevant stakeholders in a manner that will provide a reflective financial standing of the hospital.
• Supervise generation, validation and distribution of the monthly departmental revenue analysis and profit & loss.
• Extract, compile, manage, tabulate, analyze, trend and provide management with a comprehensive, accurate and concise.
• Overall hospital’s statistical information and key performance indicators correlating with the financial outcomes.
• Management of revenue and expenses related accounting general ledger requirements.
• Oversee the management of organization’s cost centres.
• Participate in monthly financial closing and advice ways to reduce inconsistency of capturing expenses due to lack of accruals, prepayment charge outs, recognition of cost, etc.
• Participate in the annual auditing and taxation processes of the hospital at the required capacity.
• Assist, collaborate and coordinate with other departments and sections of the hospital by reviewing, providing and validating related information or opinion on contracts, ROIs, liaison with MCOs/TPAs, discounts and credit facility, etc.

JOB TASK:

• Coordination of CAPEX papers.
• Assist in project management (Renovation)

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

JOB TASK:

• Assist with the Doctors appointment and registration of patients through the hospital electronic system according to the procedures of the hospital while ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Perform patient verification by sighting any form of photo identification document belonging to patient and ensure that the correct patient is being registered prior to consultation with Doctor.
• Advise patients on the hospital charges and payment procedures and ensure all necessary documents are compiled for processing and payment collection as per hospital procedures.
• Compile the required documents for patients’ registration / medical treatment in order to facilitate patients’ smooth treatment and efficient collection of payments.
• Prepare the daily end-of-the-shift Cashier Handover Summary Report promptly to reflect an accurate reconciliation with the actual daily collection and generate the necessary bank-in documents.
• Handle payment enquiries and collection in a prompt and efficient manner.
