The admission counter is open daily from 7.00am to 9.00pm. Outside of these hours, you may use the admissions counter at the Emergency Department, on Level 1 of the South Wing. The Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day.
You will just need to bring some comfortable attire, your existing medication if any, as well as your preferred reading materials.
For your comfort and convenience, we provide hairdryers, bath robes and slippers and all of our rooms are equipped with satellite television and free Wi-Fi access.
You are strongly advised NOT to bring jewellery, excessive cash or electrical appliances such as electric kettle /cooker / fans. A safe is provided in your room for your convenience, although the hospital will not be liable for any loss or damage to your valuables.

Children below 12 years old are discouraged to visit the Inpatient Wards. However, it is at parents’ own risks if they bring their children to visit.

No children below 12 years old is allowed in Critical Care Unit, unless special permission i.e. compassionate ground, critically ill, DNR.
All Visitors must adhere with the Malaysia Ministry of Health guidelines to wear mask at all times within the Hospital premise.

Our Concierge desk is located at our main entrance. Our staff will be happy to arrange for any travel or transportation requests, including making hotel reservations for your family and visitors. With firsthand knowledge of the city, our Concierge will also address any queries pertaining to Kuala Lumpur or Malaysia.
Upon entering Prince Court, customers are welcomed by our friendly Customer Relations Officers. They assist our guests with queries and also help them to find their way to the right departments. Our officers visit our inpatients to ensure that they are comfortably settled in and that they have all that they need. They can also arrange for interpretation services upon request.
Prince Court´s Contact Centre operates 24 hours and in addition to attending to all telephone enquiries, they also assist patients in scheduling their appointments. Should you require any assistance, just dial 0 from your room telephone.
Our Muslim prayer rooms are located at our North Atrium, on Level 1.
An inter-faith room for quiet reflection and meditation is located at B1, Radiotherapy.
A hospital stay or visit can be an anxious experience for our customers and their families. We understand and respect their need for spiritual support and guidance during what may be difficult times. Upon request, we will endeavour to connect our patients with religious representatives of their faiths or denominations.
Please be informed that check out time is 12:00 noon. For discharge after 12:00 noon, an additional ½ day room fee will be charged subject to the availability of the room.
Please be advised that the FULL bill must be settled before you are to be discharged, even if payment is not guaranteed by your company or any prior arrangements have not been made.
Your nurse can confirm with the Billing Office when you are expected to leave the hospital. You may vacate your room in the meantime to avoid any unnecessary charges. However, if you prefer not to wait, other payment arrangements can be made.
For insured patients, you have the option to pay a deposit if you wish to leave the hospital before final guarantee letter is issued by your appointed insurer / TPA.
Upon confirmation of admission for treatment and/or surgery, please verify the estimated cost of the hospitalisation with the attending doctor. Cash, bank draft and major credit cards are accepted. We regret to inform you that we do NOT accept personal cheques.
A deposit is required for all Inpatient, Outpatient Specialist and Emergency services. The amount will vary depending on the type of service required and the agreed financial arrangement for the said visit / admission. Our Patient Service Assistants will be happy to provide you with the details upon registration / admission.

We understand that healthcare can be complex and navigating costs, procedures and systems is a daunting task. Our Financial Counsellors who are experienced staff equipped with clinical knowledge shall touch base with you via telephone at least one day before the date of your admission to counsel you regarding all that you need to know about your admission and confirm on the financial arrangement. Our Financial Counsellor are also contactable via the General Line.

You will be medically screened prior to your admission and tagged with an identification band on your wrist. The hospital is fully monitored by CCTV, equipped with safety and security access doors and strictly abides by emergency policies and procedures.

You shall be informed of personnel involved in your care process, medical plans during and post treatment, the right to seek second opinion and refusal of treatment, medication plans, interim and summary billing statements.
End Of Life Care
