1. This voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
2. Vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.
3. Vouchers are redeemable seven (7) days from the date of purchase, subject to successful payment processing.

5. Appointments must be made in advance and will be confirmed via email by Prince Court Medical Centre.
6. This exclusive health screening add-on is valid until 31 December 2026 and is available only to health screening patients.
7. The head and neck cancer screening does not include brain tumors, orbital tumors, thyroid cancer, or skin cancer of the head and neck.
