Terms & Conditions

The GP Connect program is available at Prince Court Medical Centre.
The GP Connect program benefits and privileges are valid for cash and/or credit card payments only.
The GP Connect program discount privileges are applicable upon full settlement of payment only.
Benefits and privileges of the GP Connect program are automatically extended to the registered Principal GP Connect member’s spouse and children.
The GP Connect Membership Card is non-transferable to third parties and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or packages.
The Principal or Supplementary GP Connect Membership Card must be presented upon registration at Prince Court and prior to making payment. A valid Principal GP Connect Membership number must also be stated on the referred patient’s referral form for redemption at Prince Court.
The GP Connect Membership Card will be issued with lifetime membership. Any changes to the program will be communicated via email.
In the event of a lost or stolen card, the GP Connect member must notify Prince Court. Upon presentation of MyKad/Passport, a replacement card will be issued at a fee of RM10.00.
The benefits and privileges of the GP Connect program are subject to these Terms & Conditions and may vary.
