1. This package is applicable for a 2D1N stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur with Essential Health Screening at Prince Court only.
2. Vouchers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual.
3. Each voucher is redeemable seven (7) days from the date of purchase, subject to successful payment processing. Vouchers do not include registration fees or any additional services beyond those listed.
4. Additional or optional screening tests and upgrades are not included and will be charged separately, subject to patient selection and medical advice on day of appointment.
5. This package includes accommodation in a Deluxe Room only. Room upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
6. Voucher redemption is valid until 31 December 2026.
7. This offer is valid for bookings made in 2026.
